Contributions to ADT PAC will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. The maximum annual contribution to the PAC is $5,000 per contributor. The PAC is required to disclose to the FEC the name, address, occupation and employer of each person who contributes $200 or more in a calendar year, information which will be publicly disclosed on the FEC’s website. Contributions to ADT PAC are voluntary. You have the right to refuse to contribute without fear of reprisal. The amount you contribute, or your decision not to contribute, will not benefit, disadvantage or otherwise impact your employment in any way. Contributions to the PAC are for a political purpose and are not deductible for purposes of federal income tax. Contributions may be made only by U.S. citizens and permanent residents of the U.S. (green card holders).
